The $240 million that the Japanese government is devoting to fuel cell research and development is more than twice as much as what the U.S. Department of Energy has devoted to the alternative energy.

This amount is also a staggering three times more that the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Trade had requested for the 2013 fiscal year. This money will power the development of new hydrogen energy systems and will help fuel cell technology reach new heights. Japan currently has the highest funding for hydrogen energy research and development of any country in the world.

Тем более что добрый гугл ежечасно подтягивает картинку с событийных полей по нашим любимым топливным элементам.
Хочется взять за основу для сегодняшних мыслей два события.
Первое. На ганноверской выставке наконец-то появились россияне.
Это ничего что в основном чиновники залетели. Обычно после такого почина лет через пять документы начинают по правительственным кабинетам ходить.
Второе.
Японское правительство определило бюджет на национальные исследования в области ТЭ на 2013 финансовый год, $240 миллионов.
Как говорится давайте почувствуем разницу.
Хотя, чтобы японцы нос не задирали можно отметить, что в Германии, только в земле Северный Рейн Вестфалия в 2011 году на ТЭ исследования из выделенных 185 освоили 110 млн евро.
Вот наблюдая такие контрасты множно немножко предсказывать.
Когда половина автомобилей в США, Японии, Корее, Англии, Германии, скандинавии ... начнут ездить на водороде, газе и электричестве, а это недалече, - нолагаем конец периода Путинизм -IV, примерно 2017год, наши вдруг прозреют.
И начнется опять песня про новую волну модернизации.
Главное было бы на какие гроши.
Только бюджет путинизма в это время уже не будет пополняться больше, чем наполовину от нефтегазового экспорта.
Потому как США с Катаром завалят Европу газом.
