We are looking for 3 experienced specialists for our client - Far-East Russian Oil and Gas Operator (Sakhalin Energy, based in Sakhalin Island, Russia):

1. Senior Production Technologist will monitor and develop Production Operations.

This individual will add value across the organisation by analysing current production levels and data, maximising production efficiency from a technological viewpoint and also mentor and coach junior members of the team.

This person should have experience in reservoir modelling and drilling production operations.

We are looking for a Russian national bilingual (Russian/English), technically strong individual with 8 + years relevant experience and professional qualification.

2. Onshore Installation Manager

This is a unique position responsible for consistency and reliability of supply across the company's integrated production operations system.
The OIM will be responsible for managing the Onshore Processing Facility which processes around 1.8 bcf gas per day and 150k bopd.

This individual will strive for operational excellence across the facility, managing a large (200 people) workforce and communicating across the entire production network to co-ordinate supply.

We are looking for a Russian national, bilingual (Russian/English), technically strong individual with 15+ years experience in production operations and professional qualification with the leadership skills and ability to manage large teams. Experience of facilities and maintenance will also be useful.
This is really attractive permanent position on a rotation basis (28/28).

3. Engineering & Maintenance Manager.

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced individual to lead their approximately 160 person multidisciplinary Engineering and Maintenance Support activity – E&M Manager.
This person will run major on and offshore Engineering and Maintenance facilities in Russia and will provide engineering and maintenance services, assuring the integrity and efficiency of systems.
The emphasis of the role is on managing the team through direct multidisciplinary managers and a myriad of contractors. This individual will strive to ensure the efficiency of maintenance and engineering processes/activities and to optimise maintenance/operational life cycle costs in line with global strategies, in order to deliver plant integrity, unit reliability and required product quality.

The successful candidate should be Russian national, ambitious, professionally educated individual with at least 15 years of similar experience, having stable background of engineering, a good understanding of Engineering and maintenance services, HSEQ requirements, able to manage the large team and keen to deliver coaching and support for younger colleagues.
